Dennis Hecht Named 2009 Citizen of the Year
At the October 29 annual Rockford Chamber of Commerce Banquet Dennis Hecht was named the 2009 Citizen of the Year. A video program about his life was narrated by Bob Haver. Dennis’s family including his wife Deb, mother, brother, 3 sons and their families were present for the award.
